Meet Dr. Seifer

Dr. Rob Seifer is a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Boca Raton, Florida. He offers individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. ​ 

 

Dr. Seifer is the Team Clinician for the Miami Dolphins and a Sport Psychologist for the Chicago White Sox.  He was the Sport Psychologist/EAP for the Miami Marlins baseball organization from 2011 - 2019.  He was the Sport Psychologist for the University of Miami Hurricanes student athletes from 2012 – 2017.

He is currently an Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University, Department of Clinical Psychology. In this role, Dr. Seifer teaches students at the doctoral level and is the Clinic Director of the Performance Enhancement Clinic in Sports Medicine at NSU.  Dr. Seifer provides psychological performance enhancement through the use of the Seifer Power Program.

Dr. Seifer received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Psychology; and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University in 2002. Dr. Seifer devotes his time and energy on clinical applications in the science of applied sport psychology to facilitate the greatness in each athlete.
